A popular addition in 2003 was on site wine tasting. From time to time when interest is shown we invite Doue La Fontaines very own wine expert Thierry Berson from “A Tout Vin” to explain some of the mysteries behind the art of wine making. He provides a selection of wines to taste and expains what makes them special and taste the way they do.
Thierry has had many years experience in the wine trade including a period of five years in London where he was the Wine manager for Gordon Ramsey’s chain of restaurants. There is a small participation fee of €2.00 per person to defray expenses. |
